4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions per team. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processing partner, and renew automatically each billing period until canceled.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your team's billing settings. When you cancel, your team retains access until the end of the current billing period and is then moved to the Free plan. Prices and plan availability may change with prior notice.

Optional trial periods, where offered, are subject to the terms communicated at sign-up. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

5. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
